Privacy Policy

How ComplianceVault handles the information you share with us and the data collected when you use the site.

Who we are

This site is operated by the ComplianceVault team. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, use our contact page.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the site and answer you:

  • Lead and email forms. When you join an email list, join the early-access or waitlist form on the pricing page, or use the contact form, we receive the details you type in (for example your email address, and your name and message on the contact form) and the page the form was sent from.
  • Analytics data. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site. These tools receive technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring site.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and requested page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use form submissions to reply to you, to send the updates or early-access notices you asked for, and to understand which guides are useful. We use analytics data in aggregate to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may set cookies or read similar identifiers in your browser to recognise repeat visits and measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on; the guides remain readable without them. The site itself does not use cookies for advertising.

Third parties

Form submissions are passed to our email and lead-management providers so that we can contact you. Analytics data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy. Links on this site may lead to government and other external sites that have their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you or to keep you on a list you joined. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from any email at any time, through the contact page.

Children

The site is written for business owners and HR staff and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date below shows the latest revision.
